These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and lvking ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your use of the lvking platform's website, services, games, and all content available therein.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal is processed:

Lvking offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific rules stated in each promotion's terms. General conditions applicable to all lvking bonuses are:

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting lvking customer support. In the case of voluntary closure:

• All valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you.
• All final withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established standard procedures.
• Closed accounts cannot be re-registered using the same information.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, lvking reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including any wins obtained through prohibited activity. lvking's decision in such matters is final.

The lvking platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to your specific needs under all circumstances.

Lvking is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure issues or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the player themselves.
• Data damage or loss caused by issues with the player's device or internet connection.
• Third-party actions that may affect your access to or experience on the platform.
